Chapter 25 Helpless Once Again
Chapter 25: Helpless Once Again
The next day, Duke Wensa had been waiting under the windmill for some time. The roses in his hand had already begun to wilt.
By the time Baili arrived, he was nearly late.
He was still yawning, looking drowsy, with the buttons of his shirt left undone.
“Seriously? This is your attitude?” Wensa couldn’t hide the anger on his face. He was just short of running Baili through with his sword.
Baili didn’t dare explain that it was all because last night’s companion had been far too energetic.
…
After Tereise left, satisfied, it was time for Baili and Vivian’s private world. Actually, Vivian used to feel nothing, but ever since capturing Baili, her needs in that area had emerged from nowhere.
Baili casually hung his coat on a nearby rack, sitting to the side, lost in thought.
“Willingly going to work now? Looks like you’ve been trained well.”
“I feel sorry seeing uncivilized fools like you. It’s pathetic.”
Baili said this while shaking his head. He was originally skilled in various crafts, but unfortunately, he stepped on too many toes and ended up in this situation.
Vivian ignored him and silently groomed herself in front of the mirror.
Today, after returning to power, her workload had been substantial. She briefly suspected that Wensa had messed things up, but quickly dismissed the thought.
“Let me ask you something. What kind of girls do you like?”
As she asked, Vivian moved closer to him. She wanted to hear Baili’s honest opinion.
“I… I’m sorry, I haven’t figured out how to answer that question yet.”
Vivian could tell he was nervous, though his heartbeat wasn’t particularly erratic. He simply seemed a bit lost.
“Hmph, then just lie down like a good boy.” Vivian mumbled with displeasure. She had already changed into her nightwear. “Tonight, you’d better make me happy, okay?”
“Wait, are you serious? I have to spar tomorrow.”
“Well, well, this is precisely my plan. If you’re a bit rougher with him, he probably won’t get up for ten days or half a month.”
Baili could never have calculated that Vivian’s plan was to completely drain him. Her strategy was simply too advanced.
“Enough, enough. Are you coming up here yourself, or do I need to drag you?” Vivian lay lazily on the bed, arrogantly examining her captive.
He had no choice but to slowly move over. It seemed tonight’s ordeal was unavoidable. Had he known about all these complications, he should never have accepted Wensa’s challenge.
Despite his thoughts, he didn’t dare disobey Vivian. Honestly, he didn’t understand why she was so intense today, her desire burning so hot. Had something stimulated her?
When the two pressed together, why was she so hot all over today when she was usually cold?
“This isn’t right. Did you eat something wrong? Blood clan members are usually cold, aren’t they?”
“Well, about that… You know I’ve had a lot going on lately, so…” She raised her hand and accidentally set the curtains on fire. “In human terms, it’s something like, um, elemental magic instability?”
Baili knew that to solve this kind of problem, he needed to suppress it with the opposite elemental magic. But considering their relative status, how could Baili possibly take the lead…
“Shh, cool me down tonight.” Vivian’s face was flushed as she slowly pressed against him. Baili felt her burning body, feeling as if something was being drawn from him.
“Remember to be gentle. What little magic I have is already sealed by you.”
Ignoring Baili’s weak plea, she pressed her entire body against him. Like last time, she was on top. His undergarments lay scattered to the side.
“So cool~ Move a little lower…”
Vivian actually had a good figure, except for her underdeveloped chest, which didn’t give Baili’s face that strong “warm suffocating feeling.”
Baili twisted his body slightly. This burning sensation was genuinely uncomfortable, and the Seraph’s power within him had long since disappeared. Silver hair fell onto his face, bringing a warm, ticklish feeling.
He reached out to hold Vivian, attempting to turn the tables. The movement increased, and he went deeper. This time, he wasn’t completely without counter-measures like before. Indeed, he could hear Vivian’s ambiguous soft moans.
“This time, who’s pleasing whom isn’t certain yet.” At least now he wasn’t relying on drugs to transform. His physical fitness as a former Templar Knight was still present.
“You dare fight back? Hmph…” Vivian was displeased. She gripped Baili’s hands tightly, not letting him turn things around. What she didn’t expect was that his hands would wrap around her waist, rudely touching her all over.
The two remained at an impasse for quite a while, but ultimately, he was firmly pressed underneath.
“Just accept your fate, okay? Weakling~ Weakling.”
Baili could see that Vivian’s expression had changed from composed to somewhat flustered, completely putting on a brave face despite her inner weakness. He inadvertently touched the sheets and found them a bit sticky. One of them had left quite a bit behind, but Baili hadn’t completely surrendered yet and could still fight.
As they held each other, his hand brushed through her silver-white hair and accidentally touched her ear. Surprisingly, her ear was still cool.
“Hurry and move your hand away.” Vivian unexpectedly freed a hand to push Baili away, which was quite puzzling.
“Could she be afraid of having her ears touched?” But when Vivian spoke, her eyes were closed, almost as if she was enjoying it?
During their “battle,” Vivian’s body temperature had spread out. As an ice attribute holder, Baili found it reasonable that Vivian would intentionally or unintentionally absorb some of his energy to moderate herself.
But why did this method involve going from below? She didn’t know either. Perhaps she simply wanted to bully him a bit?
The intimate night passed quickly. By dawn, when the first ray of light shone into the room, Baili appeared somewhat exhausted. In contrast, Vivian had completely passed out.
“Tsk, tsk, tsk. Being on top didn’t help you, did you? Surrendering faster than me, it seems?” Baili remarked. Vivian was lying with her eyes closed, totally naked, and looking at her in this state, the entire blanket was sticky.
“I can’t just cover her like this, can I?” He chuckled awkwardly, his lips twitching. When he got out of bed, his legs weakened, and he nearly fell. During the night, he had also “contributed” quite a bit to her. He opened the wardrobe, took out a new blanket, removed the soiled one, and covered her.
“That’s better. She’s actually quite pretty, just…”
He was tired too and had completely forgotten about sparring with Wensa. He pulled over the blanket and began to sleep soundly.
After some time, a knock from the maid came at the door. Baili slowly opened his eyes, feeling quite weak. He put on his clothes and opened the door.
“Good morning, Prince. Her Majesty the Queen asked me to remind you to meet with Duke Wensa.”
The maid in her black and white dress smiled slightly and disappeared in an instant.
“Oh no, it’s already this late. How can I spar in this condition?”
